My Mom brought me this apron from Italy some years ago and although it's a bit small, I love it. It has the limoncello receipe. I'll post it here for those who are interested. I've never tried it because I don't like alcoholic drinks.
1 litre water - 1 litre grain alcohol
1 kilo sugar - 8 lemons
take only the lemons peel, leave it to infuse in alcohol and place it in an hermetically sealed container. After four days, blend the alcohol infusion with the syrup you should have already, prepared using 1 kilo of sugar into 1 litre of hot water. Mix and wait ten minutes, then filtrate and put it into a bottle. Drink limoncelllo very cold.
