Giving Thanks - Tuesday

Giving Thanks
Today I am thankful for my friends. Those I've known for a long time and those I've met more recently. And I've made a lot of new and wonderful friends at the Reviver church, where I've been for almost three years now. And I'm also thankful for my blogger friends. I never thought I would make so many friends when I decided to start blogging.
I've heard many people saying that it is not good to have many friends, that you should have just one or two good friends because it is impossible to have many good friends. Well, I'm sorry but I must disagree. There are a lot of good people in this world and I'm thankful to God that I know quite a good number of them. I love having many friends. They are different, each one of them has a different role in my life, but they are all very important to me. I love them all and feel very blessed that God has placed them in my life.

I agree! Each friend is different and leads a different role, but I'm thankful for them too!

A-man! Friends are wonderful and there are more good ppl in the world than we let our minds think. I saw this quote once and have used it for several friendship projects. "Friends are like quilts. Each patch is different but each one makes up beautiful pattern." -author unknown

Thanks for stopping by today. You are so right. And truly blessed when you find true friends in abundance. I have several life long friends and our friendships continues even with me moving 160 miles away.
