Happy Homemaker Monday

It's been a while since I've joined Sandra in her Happy Homemaker Monday. But here I am again:
The weather in my neck of the woods: A bit cloudy but nice and warm.
Things that make me happy: Being a homemaker makes me sooooo happy!
Book I'm reading: I'm always reading 4 or 5 at the same time. First of all, the Bible! And then, The Inheritance of Loss, by Kiran Desai; Pathway to Purpose for Women, by Katie Brazelton; A Revolução do Pensamento, Olgálvaro Bastos Júnior; Teaching Kids about God, by John Trent, Rick Osborne and Kurt Bruner; Disappointment with God: Three Questions No One Asks Aloud, by Philip Yancey.
What I'm enjoying on TV: I'm not watching TV these days.
On the menu for dinner: I still don't know.
On my To Do List: Wash bed sheets, iron, homeschooling and celebrating my dear sister's birthday.
New Recipe I tried or want to try soon: Vichyssoise
In the craft basket: Some knitting
Looking forward to this week: starting volunteering in a new social project with children
Tips and Tricks: Nothing!
My favorite blog post this week: I didn't read any blogs this week. Sorry!
No words needed (favorite photo or picture, yours or others you want to share):
Nothing to share this week.
Lesson learned the past few days:
Every morning, make a decision to love everyone as Christ does.
On my mind:
So many things! Sometimes, I think I would have to quiet my mind.
Devotionals, Scripture Reading, Key Verses:
«Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.» (Philippians 4:6-7)
